SDK and API modifications from version 9.1.x to 10.0.x

This page describes the modifications of the API and SDK interfaces introduced in version 10.0.x.

Functions modifications

  • Upgrade to database version 108

  • Upgrade to Cuda 11.6

  • Upgrade to Basler Pylon 7.1.0.25066 driver

  • Background Thresholding functions and properties were moved to NonMeasuredPointsConfiguration Value now stored in phase/intensity mask with value 32.

  • Background Thresholding and Flattening parameters added in Metadata

  • Added PhaseCorrectionDegrees to allow directional phase correction. (Do not confuse with PhaseCorrectionDegree)

  • Big refactoring in the reconstruction process (should be transparent to the user).

New Features

  • The Lyncée Tec NuGets now contain new packages:

    • LynceeTec.API.View3D: only used in Koala, not relevant for the user

    • LynceeTec.CuBlas, LynceeTecCuFFT and LynceeTec.CuSolver: contain the large native references for the LynceeTec.Imaging library. This way they are automatically copied in the output directory.

    • LynceeTec.FilmetricsF40Controller: for the control of the Filmetrics F40 unit. Not relevant for standard users

    • LynceeTec.StroboscopicUnits: for the control of the future version of the stroboscopic tool. Development in progress. Not relevant for standard users

  • Multiple targets:

    • .NET Framework 4.8

    • .NET Core 5.0 for Windows 10 (net5.0-windows10.0.19041.0)

    • .NET Core 6.0 for Windows 11 (net6.0-windows10.0.22000.0)
