sourceId  PhysicalLaserSource
Physical source if of the considered wavelength.
x  UInt32
Order of the x component in the considered term.
y  UInt32
Order of the y component in the considered term.
value  Single
Coefficient value.
Remarks
In calibration mode the correction is defined separately for each wavelength.
