ConfigurationGenerateReferenceHolograms Method (Hologram)

Generates reference hologram from the specified hologram using the manual method. A reference hologram is generated for each wavelength in the current configuration. For each wavelength, the manual method uses the fouriers filters defined by the user in the configuration.
