stepsCount  Int32
Number of steps performed in the specified searching range.
fullRangeSize_m  Double
Size of the searching range in meter.
roiLeft  Int32
X coordinate of the top left corner of the ROI where the OPL search will take place. In [pixels]
roiTop  Int32
Y coordinate of the top left corner of the ROI where the OPL search will take place. In [pixels]
roiWidth  Int32
Width of the ROI where the OPL search will take place. In [pixels]
roiHeight  Int32
Height of the ROI where the OPL search will take place. In [pixels]
